Discover Our Cancellation Policy for Confident Booking

Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • For any new reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. (Note: Exceptions apply for last-minute bookings.)
  • After the initial 24-hour period, cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in will receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

To request your refund, please visit your online Trip Manager.

 

Cancellation of Third-Party Bookings:

Reservations made on third-party sites (such as Airbnb or Vrbo) may be subject to that channel’s terms and conditions if they differ from ours. Please check the site where you originally booked your trip.

  • Vrbo reservations can be canceled in your online Trip Manager.
  • Other third-party reservations need to be canceled on the site where the reservation originated.

Cancellation policy FAQs

  • Cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund.
  • For cancellations 30 days or more before check-in, you’ll receive a refund of any rental payments made, minus the booking fee and taxes.

Note: Exceptions may apply depending on the booking channel and destination.

With a credit for a future, you have a vacation waiting for you when you’re ready. This flexible credit allows you to either return to the same home or explore a new Plenty of Rooms property or destination. Your new trip must start within 15 months from the date your credit was issued.

For your security, your credit for a future stay is automatically tied to the email address used for your original booking. To use this credit on PlentyofRooms.co, create an account with that same email or log in if you already have one.

Once logged in, your credit for a future stay will be available as a payment option during the booking process.

Important Information:

  • The 24-hour refund policy is not available for bookings made the day before check-in. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for a full refund.
  • Reservations made using credit for a future stay must be in the same currency as the original reservation, typically meaning the new booking must be within the same country.
  • Certain international reservations, especially those outside the U.S. and Canada, may not qualify for refunds.
