Planning your perfect trip
Every Plenty of Rooms home is stocked with fresh linens (sheets and towels) and a starter pack of essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap.
For new bookings, you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. If you cancel 30 or more days before check-in, you’ll receive a refund of any rental payments made, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

We offer a wide selection of dog-friendly homes. Simply check the listing details and be sure to include your dog in your reservation.
In most areas, you can book a Plenty of Rooms home if you are 21 or older. Some properties are located in communities with higher age requirements, which will be clearly stated in the home’s description and agreement.
No. Children under the age of two are not counted towards the total occupancy. Exceptions may apply in certain communities, and these will be clearly indicated in the home’s description and agreement.
Many reservations qualify for installment payments. If your reservation is eligible, you will see the option to pay in installments at checkout.
Plenty of Rooms is located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
Managing your reservation
If you cancel 30 or more days before check-in, you can receive a refund (minus the booking fee and associated taxes) by logging into your Trip Manager. If you don’t have a Plenty of Rooms account, you’ll be prompted to create one—it takes just a couple of minutes.

To ensure our housekeeping team has enough time to fully prepare the home for your arrival, early check-ins are not scheduled. Please check your Trip Manager to confirm your check-in time.
During your stay
On the morning of your check-in, you’ll receive an email with all necessary entry codes and instructions for accessing your Plenty of Rooms home.
If you don’t receive the email or won’t have internet access that morning, please call XXX-XXX-XXXX within 24 hours before your arrival to request the entry codes.
First, check the driving directions in your check-in email. If you still need help, try using Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze. If you’re still unable to find the home, call us at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

Reviews must be genuine and relevant to the guest’s experience in the home. Reviews that contain no relevant information about a host, guest, vacation rental, listing, or experience may be removed. Reviews that contain mostly irrelevant information are also subject to removal if the relevant information would not meaningfully inform the booking decisions of other users.
Plenty of Rooms reserves the right to suppress any review that includes the following content:
- Employee’s identity (first and last name, or other easily identifiable information)
- Profanity or offensive material
- Personal information of the guest
- Negative reviews solely about the service provided and not the home itself. Cleanliness is considered part of the home.
Guests are prompted three times via email to review their stay with Plenty of Rooms. The review link expires after 30 days.
Reporting a review that violates our policy

Guest account
Visit our login page and create an account using your email address, Google account, or Facebook account. If you use your email address, you’ll also need to set a password.
Creating an account is optional, but it’s a great way to save your information for faster booking and to view your trips at a glance. You’ll also need an account to access driving directions, lockbox codes, WiFi passwords, and more, allowing you to focus on enjoying your vacation
If you create an account with Plenty of Rooms, choose a strong password and avoid sharing it or reusing it on other websites. We highly recommend using a password manager to create a unique login. You can also log in with your existing Facebook or Google account.
Plenty of Rooms will never ask for your account password. If someone claiming to be from Plenty of Rooms asks for this information, please notify us immediately at security@plentyofrooms.co.

Credit for future stay
Visit our login page and create an account using your email address, Google account, or Facebook account. If you use your email address, you’ll also need to set a password.
After logging in or creating an account with the email address used for your original reservation, you can view your available Credit for Future Stay in your Plenty of Rooms profile.
A Credit for Future Stay expires 15 months from the date of issuance. When booking a trip using the credit, please ensure that the check-in date is before the credit’s expiration date.
If you book a trip that costs less than your credit amount, you can apply the credit and keep any remaining balance in your account for future use. The remaining credit can be used for another reservation later.
However, if the cost of the trip exceeds your credit amount, you must use the entire credit at once when applying it to that reservation.
We require a valid credit card at the time of booking to cover any potential changes to your reservation or charges incurred before or during your stay.
No, Credits for Future Stay are non-transferable. Only the original reservation holder to whom the credit was issued can use it.
If you book a trip using a Credit for Future Stay and later need to cancel, our standard cancellation policies will apply. If you qualify for a refund, any portion of the reservation paid with credit will be refunded as credit. In other words, you cannot convert any portion of a Credit for Future Stay into a cash refund.
